Test Hub – License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Test Hub extension ("Product"). By installing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product within your Azure DevOps organization. The license is granted to an organization and is subject to seat limitations.
2. Seat-Based Licensing
- Licenses are purchased per organization and allocated per user ("seat")
- Each individual user accessing the Product must have an assigned seat
- You are responsible for managing seat allocation within your organization
We reserve the right to enforce license limits technically.
3. Trial
We may provide a free trial period (e.g., 30 days).
After the trial period ends:
- Continued use requires a valid paid license
- Access to the Product may be restricted or disabled
4. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy).
By purchasing a license:
- You agree to the terms and policies of the payment provider
- The provider acts as an independent entity
We do not store payment details.
5. No Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. A trial period is provided to evaluate the Product before purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Product in a way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass licensing mechanisms
- Use the Product beyond purchased seat limits
7. Azure DevOps Environment
The Product operates within your Azure DevOps environment.
You are solely responsible for:
- Your Azure DevOps configuration
- Your data, including work items, fields, and stored content
- Any changes made within your environment
8. Data and User Responsibility
The Product interacts with your data within Azure DevOps.
You acknowledge that:
- Data may be created, modified, or stored as part of normal usage
- Misconfiguration, user actions, or external factors may result in data loss or inconsistency
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups where appropriate
- Managing your data lifecycle
9. No Warranty
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Availability or uninterrupted operation
- Error-free functionality
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Loss of business or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Third-Party Platforms
The Product depends on external platforms, including Azure DevOps. We are not responsible for:
- Availability or behavior of such platforms
- Changes made by third-party providers
- Any issues caused by those services
12. Changes to the Product
We may:
- Modify or update the Product
- Add or remove features
- Change licensing or pricing
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting active users.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- License terms are violated
- Payment is not completed
- Misuse is detected
You may stop using the Product at any time.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
